Biscoff Baked Cheesecake


I wanted to try making a baked cheesecake with a different flavour to Oreo. I used the same cheesecake filling as the Oreo baked cheesecake just changed to biscoff.


The filling:

  • 600g soft/cream cheese

  • 150 castor sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 3 eggs

For the base I food processed a whole packet of biscuits and mixed with melted butter. Pressed down in the cake tin.


I added more butter, I don’t think I needed to as the base ended up being too hard and should of been more crumbly. stick to butter measurements!

Before going in the oven, I put some more biscuit crumbs on top.


Went in the oven for an hour, turned of and stayed in the oven for 30mins then taken out.

I decided to add some Biscoff spread (Aldi now have their own version) on top then add more crumbs. The cheesecake needs to then cool in the fridge and finish setting.
