
Its been a while since I last posted. Life got busy real busy. I have still been cooking loads and have lots to share!
These bites are something I have made a few times now, still learning the best way to do them.

First time (sorry for the poor quality photos)


As you can see the first time I made them, the had too much batter on them so it was massive pieces. I used too much gochujang too so was very saucy and spicy.

Each time I have made them I had done something slightly different. I want them to be more bite size, they are a great substitute for chicken. Really tasty and don’t even realise its cauliflower.

I found the best way to coat the cauliflower is to dunk them in the batter instead of mixing it all in a bowl because otherwise. When I mixed them in a bowl they didn’t get coated evenly.
