
I made these for a friends birthday as they aren’t a massive fan of cakes. The recipe is super easy (another Jane recipe).
i decided to add lindt balls on top. It us better to wait until the cups have cooled. The caramel inside is so hot the ball fell through one of the cups and ended up with melted chocolate and caramel everywhere.
super easy to heat up (better warm) as the caramel melts. This is a recipe I definitely would use again and can make cookie bars out of it!
