Bacon & Cheese Pastry -
Super easy to make, I haven't made my own puff pastry this was a frozen sheet I had in the freezer.
I started off by rolling it out a bit more then spread dijon mustard on half of the sheet of pastry. Added grated cheese over the mustard, folded over and rolled out into a rectangle again. I cut the sheet into smaller rectangles then put bacon diagonally folded over the pastry to partly cover the bacon then covered in more grated cheese. It doesn't take very long to bake in the over and had 2 left over for lunch.
