Egg Baguette -


This was lunch, scrambled egg in a sourdough baguette. The baguette was a half baked, so popped in the oven while I was scrambling the eggs. I always use a whisk to do scrambled eggs so they are fluffy. I had some purple & green green sprouts and cress mix that I added to have some plants included. I always like to have a bit of grated cheese and black pepper on my eggs.
