I baked these for my 30th birthday as a treat and had some gin left over to drink too.
The icing was so smooth and amazing to pipe. They were super fast and all came out amazing. These are probably the best cupcakes I have made so far and tasted so yummy.
I put lime zest on half of them just incase the lime was too powerful but both was great.
