I have struggled to make crutchy and chewy cookies. This is the best recipe for cookies I have ever tried, they came out amazing. I used an ice cream scooper so the dough was the same size per cookie. They came out large, I could of made smaller ones but didn’t know what size they would come out. I would try this recipe again, It would be super easy to change what chocolate bar is in the mix and just not add mint.
