Making use of the new rice cooker. I haven’t made fried rice before so it was a nice change. The recipe I used is from Rosa‘s Thai Cafe.
It is a vegetarian book that was flat warming gift for a friend. We decided to have a quick look in before giving it to them. We chose not to keep it vegetarian and added prawns to it! I do think it would of done with more sauce but I like my food saucy.
