Thai Friday - Pad Thai


This was my first attempt ever at making Pad Thai as its a favourite of my boyfriend. He had taken me to a Thai supermarket so we could get a lot of the ingredients.

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsps cantonese suki sauce/sweet chilli

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Tamerian paste

Too many noodles

2 spring onions

2 shallots

3 cloves garlic

3 carrots

Pack of raw king prawns

Ginger



We went with just prawns this time as its easy but obviously you can have anything you like.

Lots of veg and used just a vegetable peeler to do the carrot ribbons.

This is the part we had messed up on, I took my boyfriends advice and used all th noodles... we should of however used half.


As you can see the wok is very full but still tasted amazing. Neither of us like peanuts so we opted out of adding them to ours. Overall very tasty but just needed more sauce & less noodles.
