I love Pad Thai but I am still trying to get the recipe right. This was my 3rd attempt at making it and threw in some random leg over veg I had in the fridge. I decided not to add any meat or fish this time and just wanted to get the sauce right.
2 tbsp Brown sugar
1 tbsp Tamerian paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet chili
1 tbsp fish sauce
This probably would of been enough for 2 people but I accidentally ate it all!!
4th attempt = best one yet!
now need to decide what to make next.
